- At this time, Nowells Lamps ships merchandise only to locations within the continental United States and not to international locations. Nor does Nowells Lamps ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam or the US Virgin Islands. The risk of loss and title for all merchandise ordered on this Web site pass to you when the merchandise is delivered to the shipping carrier. All orders are FOB our plant in Sausalito, CA and shipped via truck, UPS or FedEx Ground. A 50% deposit is required on all orders, with the balance due prior to delivery. Work will begin upon receipt of deposit. Deposits are non-refundable. NOTE: THIS SHOPPING CART DOES NOT CALCULATE SHIPPING CORRECTLY. WHEN ORDERING MORE THAN ONE ITEM, THE SYSTEM CALCULATES THE CHARGE AS IF SHIPPING EACH ITEM SEPARATELY. WE CONSOLIDATE THE ITEMS WHENEVER POSSIBLE TO SAVE YOU ON SHIPPING COST.
